Dear Students,  

We shared with you on March 23 that class registration will have a different look and navigation by April 17. Due to some additional system requirements, the new date for the registration update is May 10.    

Enhancements to the Change of Grading Basis (S/U) process will go live on April 18. 

Services Temporarily Unavailable:  

April 17: The Change of Grading Basis (S/U) process will be temporarily unavailable starting in the afternoon of April 17 until the morning of April 18 for the update.  

May 9: There will be some hours on May 9 when registration will be unavailable while the update is installed. We will send out alerts of this outage closer to the date.  

Here is what remains unchanged:
What: Class registration will have a different look, feel, and navigation experience.    

Highlights: Beyond the more modern look, the registration menu will no longer be a list of links and the system will still allow students to push a cart from the Schedule of Classes.  

Why: OSU’s registration system has received an updated software interface and the current version of software used by the university will no longer be supported by outside vendors.    

Support: We will send more information and links to tutorial videos and updated web pages before the system changes to help guide students and advisors through the new experience.
