From: Office of the Registrar

Dear Students,

The Office of the Registrar is aware that some students are experiencing issues with spring and summer registration. We are working diligently with our University IT partners to resolve these issues. The issues are affecting some, but not all, students and are likely connected to a student information system upgrade that took place on May 4, 2024.

If you experience registration issues, including not being able to view your registration times for the fall term, refresh your browser. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, please attempt one of the following:

If neither of those work, you can also attempt to register for courses by logging into classes.oregonstate.edu (Schedule of Classes) to search for and register for classes.

You can view courses for which you are already registered in Beaver HubSchedule of Classes, or MyDegrees (via Beaver Hub).

If none of the above tactics work for you, please email us at registrars@oregonstate.edu with the following information about your experience:

  • Computer type you are using: PC or Mac
  • Browser type you are using
  • Action you are unable to complete or information you are unable to view
  • Screenshot of any error messages or a screenshot of the webpage that is wrong
  • Student ID number
  • If you are unable to withdraw from a course for spring term, you may request that we perform that action as long as we receive the request by 11:59pm on Friday, May 17.

This information will help our office and University IT continue to monitor errors and work to resolve them as quickly as we can.

Sincerely, The Office of the Registrar
